In 2021, Diane Canada started an organization called “Lady Up America (LUA)” and asked Dr. Wang to help, to teach people how to build relationships and find common ground with people who have different opinions and viewpoints. LUA is specifically interested in reaching out to four group of people, women, immigrants, minorities and youth. The core of LUA’s teaching is a set of methodologies for seeking common ground, including the common ground-seeking STEPS, the SALT principle, etc. LUA’s main approach is to organize in-person or zoom workshops and via its powerful LUA app. LUA is a for-profit organization.

LUA’s mission is to reunite our country and help people overcome our polarization and find common ground.

Dr. Wang is serving as the president of LUA Founders Club.
